Introductions

Hello everyone in blogland my name is Mrs. D and after lurking for months  and after reading Fondle's post today I've decided to create my own blog. Please bear with me, my typing skills are non-existent and my computer skills are even worse.

After 25 years of marriage my Husband and I are starting a new chapter in our life. We've been playing with D/s in the bedroom for a little while, but I felt I needed more. Being too afraid to come right out and ask for what I needed I would read him a blog post that spoke to me and finally wrote him a letter.

Luckily he didn't look at me as if I had two heads and he actually said it was a nice letter. I'm not sure where we'll go from here, but I guess that's something we'll figure out together.

  1. Welcome to Blogland Mrs. D.
I think that you will like it here.

D/s can truly be an amazing journey, and figuring it out together is the best way to go.

    Best of luck!

  2. Hi Mrs D. I'm so glad you decided to start a blog. I hope you will find it as fulfilling as I have.

D/s can be a wonderful thing... And as you read and write and grow you may find that some things speak more to you than others but don't be afraid to try new stuff, and ask around for tips...

We're all happy to give suggestions/feedback on personal experiences.

AAAND don't worry if your particular D/s doesn't look like anyone else's. At one point I thought I wasn't "good enough" but then as I've come to understand more, I realised that we're all gonna be a little bit different from each other.

Also one of the best bits of advice given to me was to add a "followers" gadget. you might want to consider that too so that it'll be easier for friends to join you on your journey.

(sorry about leaving such a long comment!)

  3. I am so glad to hear from you! I've tried commenting on your blog before, but since I am practically computer illiterate and google seemed to thwart my attempts to set up an account I was never able to leave a comment.Hopefully I will continue to get the hang of this. I can't really ask my kids to help me figure out this blogger thing[ they're my usual go to for IT advice.]On another note several days ago you posted some items Bikss purchased that looked like they came from the hardware store. I asked my husband what the heck are those and he responded "I have some of those out in the garage" and proceeded to get them and explain what he would use them for in one of his projects- I still didn't understand how they could work on a person. Yesterday he brought in a larger set and explained how he plans to use them on me. Yikes!Don't worry about the long reply, as you can see I can be rather long winded myself. Thank you so much for your words of encouragement.

    1. Oh be careful with hardware stores. They go into ANY DIY store and immediately they're slapping their palms with this that and the other object.

Anything that could be used to potentially slap or strike will be tested. Trust me.
